Fuse is a patrolman for IRPO. He excels in hand-to-hand combat and is generally geared towards learning all the martial arts moves. As befitting his codename, he has a short temper and doesn't handle his anger well, often talking people's heads off only to drop them like a hot potato once the conversation inevitably bores him. Although Fuse has training in meditation techniques, he is dismissive and contemptuous of IRPO's mental training.
